Agreement

By using https://viralbraids.com or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book with us.

The studio

Viral Braids is a private home braiding studio in Richmond, Texas, operated by Love Udofia. We offer protective hair-braiding services by appointment only, including box braids, knotless braids, cornrows, goddess locs, Senegalese twists, passion twists, and kids’ styles.

• Women and children only.
• Exact studio address is shared upon booking.
• Hours: Monday–Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sunday closed.
• Hair is included in every style at no extra charge (unless we tell you otherwise for a specific add-on).
• We do not offer chemical treatments.

Service photos and descriptions are provided carefully, but results vary by hair type, length, thickness, and the style you choose.

Booking & deposits

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.
• Cancel or move with 24+ hours’ notice and your deposit becomes credit toward a future appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arrivals 15+ minutes late: the deposit is forfeited and the slot may be given away; late arrivals may be rescheduled.
• To cancel or rebook, message us on WhatsApp at (346) 489-6565.
• You are scheduling the full style time (not a short consult). Plan to stay for the duration listed for your style.
• Please arrive with hair clean, detangled, and blow-dried. Need a takedown first? Add it when booking — pricing confirmed when you book.

These deposit and cancellation rules match the policy wording currently published on viralbraids.com (Home, Booking, and FAQ). If the site policy changes, the site wording controls until these Terms are updated.

Pricing

• Prices are shown as starting prices (for example, “$150+”) and vary by length and thickness. Your final quote is confirmed before we begin.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change until your appointment is booked and confirmed.
• Children under 12 receive 10% off.
• Free edge touch-ups within 2 weeks (as stated on the site), subject to availability and studio policy.

Payments

• Balance is due at your visit unless we agree otherwise.
• Online booking and card deposits/payments may be processed by Square (Square Appointments) when enabled. Card details are handled by Square; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• The site may also list other accepted methods (for example, cash, Zelle, Cash App, and major cards) for in-studio payment. Use only methods we confirm for your booking.
• You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
• Where a refund is owed (separate from the non-refundable deposit rules above), refunds are returned manually to your original payment method as described on the Booking page.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site (including scraping, attacking, or interfering with booking), post unlawful content, or violate others’ rights. We may refuse or cancel bookings for suspected fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, logos, and photos are owned by Viral Braids or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Client photos may appear in our gallery or social channels only with appropriate consent where required.

Disclaimer

The site and services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site access. Braiding results depend on hair condition, preparation, and the style selected; we will confirm the plan before we begin.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viral Braids’ liability for any claim related to a booking or service is limited to the amount you paid for that appointment (excluding amounts already forfeited under the deposit policy, where applicable).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
